We're a small skincare shop in New York.
Silk Style Co is an independent retailer. We're not a lab and we're not a manufacturer — we're a short list of Korean formulas we think are worth your money, sold from a real business with a real address.
Why we started with a balm stick
Most of us don't skip skincare because we stopped caring. We skip it because it's inconvenient. Jars, droppers, wet fingers, three steps before coffee — and by Thursday it's abandoned on the shelf.
So we went looking for formats that survive a normal morning. That's the filter for everything we stock: if you won't still be using it in a month, we're not interested in selling it to you.
How we work
- Free tracked shipping on every order. No minimum, no surprise charge at checkout.
- 30-day returns on unopened items in their original packaging.
- Dispatched within 1–2 business days, with a tracking link by email.
- A real person answers your email, usually within one business day.
What we sell, plainly
We stock genuine, sealed product. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by the manufacturers of the products we resell — brand names appear on this site only to identify what's in the box.
Everything we carry is cosmetic. We don't make medical claims, we don't promise results in a set number of days, and we won't show you a before-and-after we can't verify. Skin varies. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.
