Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be accepted.
Items must include all original packaging, inserts and any free gifts received with the order.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email Lumiraskin27@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before receiving these instructions — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving our instructions.
Return shipping costs
If the return is because the item arrived damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping cost. For all other reasons (including change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging so we can make it right at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped it must be handled as a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
